    I plan and create SEO-optimized content for clients in industries ranging from automotive repair to furniture to animal feed. Types of content include blogs, local landing pages, and product descriptions. Key responsibilities include keyword research, content calendar planning, project management, writing, and editing. I also assist with internal marketing initiatives through our blog, newsletter, LinkedIn profile, and case studies. In the managerial part of the role, I manage and mentor internal and external writers to ensure projects and client deliverables are done on time and to our quality standards.

    I planned and created content for our clients, leading the strategy for an OEM automotive parts brand, a survival food company, and a private equity firm with multiple brands. Key responsibilities included strategizing SEO-backed quarterly content calendars, writing and editing content, managing freelancers, and delivering content to clients and implementing their feedback.

  • November 2019 to June 2021

    I wrote and refreshed SEO-optimized blogs and product descriptions for a variety of clients in industries that included food, fashion, tarps, lamps, and more. I created content based on briefs supplied by the agency and ensured each piece met SEO best practices.

  • September 2019 to May 2021

    I helped fulfill marketing requests across multiple resort town newspapers. This included project coordination to ensure the completion of newspaper special sections, acting as the liaison between printing vendors and internal sales teams, crafting B2B emails and landing in HubSpot and B2C emails in SecondStreet, and other ad hoc requests.

  • September 2018 to December 2018

    On the writing side, I created SEO content for a local wedding photographer's website, mainly focused on nearby wedding venues. On the editing side, I edited previously purchased webpages for readability and SEO keywords and best practices. I also copyedited a 60-page wedding guide given to every client.
